He: “I found this wire when I was running.”
She: “You picked up a piece of wire? And brought it home? Why?”
He: “Not just wire…I mean an iPhone charging cable.”
She: “Oooh! I need one of those. I ran over the end of mine with my chair and now it’s hard to plug it into the computer.”
He: Holds it out to her. “Merry Christmas.”
She: “Woot!”
And thus ends the tale of how a random charging cable found in the street upgraded my electronics set-up.
