For me, though, rehab smacks of endings. It&#8217;s the last stop on the road down the dark side, the place where you turn the corner into the light. In contrast, boot camp is all about beginnings. It&#8217;s about learning skills and abilities you didn&#8217;t know you had. It&#8217;s about finding the core of each individual and transforming them so that they know their own strengths. It&#8217;s about proving yourself to yourself.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"cont\">\nOn the other hand, I did talk about changing habits. And what does rehabilitate mean except to change habits?
