The large lake on the distant horizon is Windermere, where the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/exec\/obidos\/tg\/detail\/-\/087923573X\/qid=1122491286\/sr=8-1\/ref=pd_bbs_sbs_1\/102-2821109-0644901?v=glance&amp;s=books&amp;n=507846\">Swallows and Amazons<\/a> camped out on island in a perfect summer, long, long ago.
