Criteria
1. To be rated, it had to be in the “First Run” category
2. To be in the “First Run” category I had to have seen it:
a. in a theater
b. between 1/1/97-12/31/97 inclusive
c. when it first showed in theaters (See name of category)
Anything that didn’t fit that criteria was alphabetically sorted in the “Revivals” category. Basically anything that was shown at the Union or Paramount was put in there. A case could be made for Austin Powers and U-Turn which I saw at Dobie long after their release dates, but I didn’t worry about it.
