■すきじゃなかったよ、は変です。『気に入らなかったよ』の方が良いでしょう。いま食べたのならば『これ、好きじゃない』と言えますが、『好きじゃない』は『好き』と『なる』がひとつになったwordなので過去形のこの言い方はおかしいです。

■夫と二人『で』が正しい。
二人を私にかえるのならば、夫と私『は』明日いきます。でＯＫ。

Hello. AK again. I just think of myself really stupid of posting former comment in Japanese. If any one of you have difficulties for reading my comment and understanding some Kanjis, feel free to ask. I'd translate into English all over again:)

AK. Thanks for your comments. Yes, it's a bit difficult for me to read the Japanese, but I enjoy trying to figure it out. Sometimes my problem is that we haven't learned a grammar point yet. My other problem (one that all foreign students of Japanese struggle with) is that I struggle to get my particles right.

I hope that the example sentences in our textbook are better than some of the example sentence in the English textbooks that Japanese students study. The great thing about the 21st century is that the internet provides access to native writers, both professional (newspapers, company websites) and non-professional (homepages and blogs).

Yeah, you are right. As a English and German learner myself, I know how hard it is, using proper particles. And native speakers use the right one because it feels just right to say it!! So this is hard explanation to make, but let me try.
The first strange part is "suki jya nakatta yo".
Liking continues mostly. So you should use present sentences here."suki jya nai yo", even though the first sentence is about the past.
But beyond that, it doesn't make me feel right, using "suki" here. About the experience, it's better to use "kiniiru" instead. The word has a meaning of liking, and it is also used for the very first time experience. I recommend you to remember/use it. You won't regret it :)
なっとうを食べたことがありますか？
　　はい、食べたことがありますが、気に入らなかったよ。
東京ディズニーランドにいったことがありますか？
　　はい、いったことがありますが、気に入りませんでした。

The second one is about the National Park,and
you said "otto to futari ha asita ikimasu". The "ha" here is incorrect. (You can say this,but in this sentence, "ha" indicates your husband are going to the park with someone else, not you....!!) Either "otto to watashi ha" or "otto to futari de" is right. You used "futari", and that's why this sentence needs another particle: "de".
あした夫とふたりでどうぶつえんにいきます。
あした夫と私はどうぶつえんにいきます。
Both sound natural, and perfect to me!

Your textbook is surely better than the English textbook we have. You can see how bad I am in English grammar;( I like the way you make sentences about yourself such as iPodが欲しいです。(oh yes, I want it too!!)
This is the best way to learn other languages, I believe.
