Hi Melissa, Apparently you sent a message to the AJET web organiser in Oita asking about your succesor in Beppu. As far as I know, there is no-one teaching at the joshi gakkou you mentioned. There are still people at Tsurumidai, Aoyama and Hamurodai highschools, there is an ALT at the Kyouiku Jimusho and one at Beppu city hall (where I used to be, I stayed a year longer working privately after my three year JET stint).
