Simply excellent letter from a Peruvian Congressman to Microsoft in response to their letter containing the usual FUD about Open Source software. Peru is proposing a law saying that software that the state purchases should conform to a definition that can basically be taken to be Open Source/Free (in the GNU sense) software. This one is well worth reading all the way through and keeping around for whenever you feel youself being drawn to the dark side.
