Here's a list of the titles of the use cases that relate to functional requirements that I can think of so far.
The introduction of a User (Add user, Edit user info, and Remove user) who is then allowed to act as an Author or Administrator is a clarification of the original Actors that listed Author and Administrator as roles. There needs to be a way to associate a user with the roles they play on each blog.
